Summertime means outdoor workouts! Join our instructors for a fun and sweaty workout at the Oakwood Farmers Market!

Location: The Oakwood Farmers’ Market location is 22 Orchard Drive, Oakwood, Ohio.

Space Three's Find Your Space Retreat - Summer Edition July 26-28, 2023 (Dundee, Ohio)
Join us for a 3 day / 2 night rest and reset retreat in Amish Country located in Dundee, Ohio. Hosted by Lindsey and Lisa, this quick getaway is all about connecting, resetting, and recharging from our busy everyday lives. We’ll sweat, we’ll explore and we’ll gather together.

Fitness:
Lindsey and Lisa will lead at least two (2) classes during the retreat. If you know us, you know we like variety, so you can expect toning and stretching from Lisa and high intensity work with Lindsey. And don’t worry, we’ll make it FUN!
Adventure:
On our retreat, we will explore Dundee Falls on a 2 mile hike through sandstone bluffs and hemlock trees on our way to a fifteen-foot-high waterfall. You won’t want to miss this magical place. We’ll also have a chance to enjoy a wine tasting at Breitenbach Wine Cellars, famous for their extensive array of
award-winning grape, fresh fruit, berry and dandelion wines. We’ll also get to explore the quaint downtown before settling down for some local cuisine.
Relaxation:
We’re big fans of doing everything in moderation so we’ll counter our busy activities with some true rest and relaxation. We’ll enjoy 2 dinners together, a game night with s’mores and a movie night in the rec room.
