What should I wear?

That depends on the class you’re taking:

  • For TRX: Come wearing tennis shoes and tight-fitting clothes that won’t get in the way of the resistance bands or hang in your face if you’re doing a suspension exercise.

  • For BootyBarre: Normal workout clothes and bare feet are appropriate for barre, but if you want to up your game, grab some barre socks at our front desk. They’re designed to provide just enough grip for this class.

  • For SWERK: Wear something that makes you feel fabulous that you can comfortably move around in – and that won’t fall off your hips if we jump around a little. Comfy gym shoes are a must for this high-intensity class.

What’s the parking sitch?

Street parking is readily available on our block, and runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Forgot quarters? We’ve got you. Swing by the front desk to get a little change for your meter.

Can I grab a shower?

Yes! We have a full, private shower available on site. Don’t worry about bringing shampoo, conditioner, towels, Q-tips, cotton balls, a hair dryer, ponytail holders, make-up wipes, or lotion. We’ve got you covered from head to toe.

What should I bring?

Bring water, plenty of energy, and any stress you want to shrug off. And your kids if you want (see below 👇).

What about the kiddos?

We have a kids-friendly play place and offer on-site childcare during our morning classes for $5 per child and $3 per additional child per class. To confirm childcare is available during your class and register for it, check out our schedule.
